来说一下蓝信A Word About Lanxin
先说说看为什么要有蓝信吧。
坊间传闻，敝数字公司作为BAT之外的第四大厂最有利的竞争者之一，常年用QQ交流工作，显然是不能够突出大厂B格的。加上多年前轰轰烈烈一举把数字拖上大厂平台的3Q大战，自然是更加不能再用鹅厂的东西了。
当然这都是我瞎说的，所谓的第四大厂，其实也是和清华北大之外中国排名第三的大学之争一样没有任何意义。那总而言之呢蓝信就这么出现了，在继Whatsapp和飞信之后成为了我厂官方交流工具。
蓝信作为一个IM的正常功能我就不多说了，毕竟大家发送文件的时候还是用网盘，发完重要消息之后还是会在微信上提醒一下对方查看一下蓝信的。作为数字公司的御用IM，他的特色功能是这样的…
- 离职人员通知..毕竟一天到晚也没什么新消息
- 传送文件提醒..毕竟传送文件的时候十有八九是要失败的…看到有个文件传过来，问问是啥然后传网盘就可以了..
- 会议签到功能demo…为什么是demo…谁特么会用这么傻的东西啊！
好了，你问我为什么上面两条没有图…
这傻逼玩意儿又挂了啊！
First, let’s talk about why there needs to be a Lanxin at all.
Rumor on the street has it that our humble digits company, being one of the strongest contenders for the fourth big-tech seat after BAT, could hardly project big-league cachet while conducting its business over QQ all year round. Add the storied 3Q War of years past, which in one stroke dragged the digits up onto the big-league stage, and using anything from the Goose Factory was naturally out of the question forever after.
Of course, that is all my own nonsense. The so-called fourth big tech is about as meaningful as the contest over which is China’s third-ranked university after Tsinghua and Peking University. In any case, one way or another, Lanxin came into being, succeeding Whatsapp and Fetion as our company’s official communication tool.
As for Lanxin’s ordinary functions as an IM, I’ll spare the words; after all, when sending files everyone still uses the cloud drive, and after sending an important message we still ping the other person on WeChat to remind them to go check Lanxin. As the court-appointed IM of the digits company, its signature features go like this…
- Departure notices.. after all, there isn’t much other news all day long anyway
- File transfer alerts.. after all, nine times out of ten a file transfer is going to fail… so when you see a file coming in, just ask what it is and have it sent to the cloud drive..
- A demo of a meeting check-in feature… why a demo… because who the hell would use something this dumb!
Alright, you ask why the two items above come with no pictures… Because this dumbass thing has crashed again!
