原来的2T希捷睿翼出给EJJ了于是盘算着买一个新的3T盘

初定有两个方案可以选择

1.希捷3T裸盘+ORICO硬盘架

2.直接购入3.5桌面硬盘

感觉裸盘+硬盘架的方案能够好一些毕竟以后升级或者换出都会方便一些

盘的话还是准备选择希捷单碟1T的3T方案也就是Seagate ST3000DM001 单碟1T速度能够快一些

硬盘盒的话还是购买ORICO品牌初步选择是7619US3 性能尚可外观也不错

还是不太喜欢面包机类的硬盘架裸露在外太暴力

。

然后打开淘宝输入3T 3.5 看见了LaCie Minimus 3T

瞬间就被外观吸引了价格也只有1098很实惠于是选购完毕

Sold my old 2TB Seagate GoFlex to EJJ, so I started planning to buy a new 3TB drive.

Initially I settled on two options to choose between.

1.A bare 3TB Seagate drive + an ORICO drive dock

2.Just buy a 3.5-inch desktop drive outright

The bare drive + dock option felt a bit better; after all, upgrading or swapping it out later would be more convenient.

For the drive I still planned to go with Seagate’s 1TB-per-platter 3TB option, that is, the Seagate ST3000DM001; 1TB per platter runs a bit faster.

For the enclosure, ORICO again; my initial pick was the 7619US3, passable performance and decent looks too.

I still don’t much like those toaster-style docks; leaving the drive exposed like that is just too brutal.

Then I opened Taobao, typed in 3T 3.5, and saw the LaCie Minimus 3TB.

I was instantly won over by the look of it, and at only 1,098 yuan it was a real bargain; purchase complete.
