给自己的每日三问：用户真需要吗，做完之后能干啥，有没有数据支持。Three daily questions for myself: do users really need this, what happens after it ships, and is there data to back it up.
吾日三省吾身
「这玩意儿用户真他妈需要么？刚需么高频么？」
again:「这玩意儿做了之后用户能干啥？干完我能干啥？」
final:「好了，就算你真这么想，这玩意儿你搞出数据支持了么？」
Each day I examine myself on three counts.
“Does the user actually fucking need this thing? Is it a hard need? Is it high frequency?”
again: “Once this thing is built, what can the user do with it? And once they’re done, what can I do?”
final: “Fine. Even if you really believe all that, have you produced the data to back this thing up?”
工作中暴露出来的问题要及时改，这自然是必须的Problems Exposed at Work Must Be Fixed Promptly, Of Course
