成熟的人The Mature Person
成熟的人能区分且接受自己和他人是不同的个体，能建立清楚的自我界限，有良好的自我概念，也能够和自己的家庭系统建立良好而有意义的关系，但是又不会过度融入家人的生活里而迷失自己。这表示他可以自由运用情绪，他不会满腔怨愤，也不会爱某个人太深切，可以在恰当的时候稳定。
A mature person can distinguish, and accept, that they and other people are separate individuals; they can draw clear boundaries around the self, hold a sound concept of who they are, and build good, meaningful relationships with their own family system, without becoming so absorbed in their family’s lives that they lose themselves. This means they can use their emotions freely: they are not brimming with resentment, nor do they love anyone too desperately, and they can hold steady when steadiness is called for.
