记一次电话会议Notes on a Conference Call
今天和JJ的同学进行了一次电话会议..经验总结如下（时间顺序
1.要预留足够时间给与会人员到来..换言之时间能晚就定晚点..别放鸽子
2.金山这种地方..会议室是要预定滴！特别是电话与视频会议室
3.程序猿除了技术上的事之外..是靠不住滴
4.从上条可得,自己也是要懂些技术滴
5.该抱大腿还是抱大腿..感觉疲软就请老大出马吧
Held a conference call today with JJ’s classmate.. lessons learned as follows (in chronological order

Leave enough time for the attendees to arrive.. in other words, schedule it as late as you can.. and don’t stand anybody up

In a place like Kingsoft.. meeting rooms must be booked! Especially the phone and video conference rooms

Code monkeys, beyond matters of technology.. are not to be relied upon

From the above it follows that you’d better understand some tech yourself

When there’s a big shot’s leg to cling to, cling to it.. and if you feel yourself flagging, just ask the boss to ride out
