人习惯性的将自己的成功归因于自身，失败归因于环境；
而将他人的成功归因于环境，失败归因于其自身。
People habitually attribute their own success to themselves, and their own failure to circumstance;
while attributing others’ success to circumstance, and others’ failure to the people themselves.
