执行力,又理解为推动力,是一个产品经理十分重要的能力之一
当你完成一个产品的策划与方案时,距离你产品的完成其实尚有很长的路要走，此时帮助你快速高效到达终点的正是这个推动力。
开发没有开发时间，UI号称排期满满，其实都不是产品不能够按时上线的原因。每日整理并推进任务进度发展，异常重要
